In this blog, we are going to create a conjugate heat transfer (CHT) model in Ansys Discovery 2024 R1. The problem will be a simplified electronics cooling one. Starting with a clean solid part geometry, fluid volume will be extracted, material properties and boundary conditions will be assigned and the model will be run in "Explore" mode. The following 12-minute video contains the demonstration.

In the next video we are going to talk about post-processing and mainly using the "Refine" mode. "Explore" mode is very helpful for quick design iterations. Once the design is complete, we would like to get a higher quality better resolved solution using the "Refine" mode.
