In this tutorial we are going to see how a PCB (board) with a heat generating package that is cooled via Thermoelectric Cooler (TEC) utilizing Ansys Icepak simulation. One key difference with TECs is the need to use the "Run TEC" macro rather than the usual calculation command. The 23-min video describes the step-by-step process to build, execute and post-process the simulation.
PS. Make sure that in the Solve window, under "General Setup" tab, "Use model-based flow initialization" is turned off.
